At Karate Bristol; along with kata, we learn many other disciplines. We practice flow drills and combinations until they become instinctive. We develop speed this way too.

We have many instructors from many different backgrounds including boxing and kung fu. Senseis Laurence Daniel and Isaac Daniel lead the kata practice at our Manor Hall dojo in Coalpit Heath, Bristol.
